When a locksmith business stores its customers' details in Nyrano, the business is the data controller and Nyrano is the processor. This agreement sets out the subject and duration of the processing, the security measures in place, the use of sub-processors, help with data subject requests, breach notification, and the return or deletion of data at the end of the contract.
